Lane was borne from a desire to help people make an informed
decision about selling a home privately and to ensure they
maximise their chances of success. Garry Bond, the company
owner, successfully sold his own properties privately in the
early 1990's. It was at this time Garry developed the opinion
many people are either not sure how to go about selling privately
or are unsuccessful due to their lack of skills, knowledge
or professionalism.
With the
experience gained though selling his own homes, Garry spent
two years researching and putting together an easy to follow
system that greatly enhanced an individual's ability to succeed
when selling privately. Garry also completed a Real Estate
Salesperson Certificate, the standard required for a real
estate salesperson, to gain an insight into the real estate
industry. The end result of this work is an easy to read book
which logically takes a homeowner through the steps involved
