We are moving north! We only bought this gorgeous home 4 years ago, and have loved living here, but with a new teaching job up in North Auckland (a long commute!) we are moving north!

There is also ample room for three cars to park as well.

There is also two accesses from both 15 Mile Place, and also 54 Parrs Cross Road- which has been great when friends and family come around and we need to have extra off street parking! We are just a short walk to the very popular Shed Collective Farmers’ Market, close to Henderson Valley shops, have a park within 5 min walk, close to Parrs Park, and In Zone for Henderson Valley School, and Henderson High School.

Originally built in 1984, most major renovations for the main house and sleep out were done by the previous owners (before we moved in) so though it’s not brand sparkling new, it is still fantastically functional, modern, and super comfortable to live in! The previous owners also put new insulation in the roof and underfloor, so it’s warm and safe.

Since moving in, we have added a new retaining wall down the front to even out the lawn (grass it is still in the process of growing!), installed a HRV system in 2021, and we had a professional add an outside electrical socket for the EV car.

We are sad to say goodbye to our lovely home, and we know the next owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.
