PROPERTY SHARING AGREEMENT
for the further development of
Purangi Estate in response to enquiries it is intended that under a Subscription and and Ownership Declaration the Evans Trust will sell a subscriber a share in the underlying freehold title to the Property and to each of the other parties so that the freehold will be held as follows on the Effective Date of the subscription being met:
i. 50% Purangi Charitable Trust Inc. 50% Subscribers
